The floor is split into zones so parts stay in use while others are worked on, with the loud work moved outside your hours wherever the building allows.

Power, data and AV tested at every position, snags closed, and a maintenance note handed over with the warranties.

Can you do an office fit out without shutting us down?
Usually yes. We split the floor into zones so part of it stays in use while another part is worked on, and push the loud and dusty phases to evenings and weekends where the building permits. We agree that schedule with you before starting.
How long does an office interior project take in Hyderabad?
A small office of 10 to 15 seats is typically three to four weeks. A 40 to 60 seat floor runs six to ten weeks depending on how much cabin and acoustic work is involved, plus any lead time for building management approvals.
Do you handle building management approvals?
Yes. Most commercial buildings in HITEC City and Gachibowli require drawings, contractor details and work hour approvals before anything starts. We prepare and submit that paperwork as part of the project.
Can you match our existing brand identity?
Yes, and we would rather work from your actual brand guidelines than approximate them. Reception walls, signage and colour accents are drawn from your palette and fonts so the space is recognisably yours.
Do you fit out coworking and retail spaces too?
Yes. The same commercial grade specification and phased approach applies. Retail brings its own lighting and display requirements, which we plan at layout stage rather than treating as a finishing detail.
